If you're using Google Chrome as your browser, you can download an extension in the Window tab called Stylish. Using this extension you can add different themes to your dashboard and various other sites, such as Youtube and Facebook. A site with a lot of cool themes is userstyles.org. This is the theme I'm using in the picture- userstyles.org

Tumblr is everyone's blogs that are very secret. Everyone thinks that they know each other but until they see someone's tumblr, they don't know anything. Tumblr is everyone's escape of real life. They make friends with strangers because they simply feel noticed by them. The people of tumblr are just like you and understand you, they accept you, and make you feel good. Tumblr expresses your feelings of happiness, funny times, depression, and sexual status. Tumblr is everyone's secret (real) life.

Tumblr is the definition of freedom. You can post your thoughts, your artwork, your writing, or your music. People will say it is a place with no judgement, but there will never not be judgement in this world. Even though there are people that live to tear you down on tumblr, you can also meet some of the most amazing people that turn into life long friendships. The beauty of tumblr is you have complete anonymity. You can make a URL that applies to your life or things you enjoy, and people can only find you by your email (which is optional) or by your URL. Better yet, your account has a place where people can talk to you, called an ask box. People can compliment you, ask you questions about the things you post, or they can just say hi. There is an option to send the message under anonymous so no one will know who sent the message. This is the only bad part. People will find the things you post and if they don't like it they will surely tell you about it. For some reason, if people don't think you're what society thinks is "a good person" they will tear you apart. Many people have killed themselves due to the mass messages of hate that people send them. This website has it's ups and down, but if you're smart and keep the option of anonymous off, it's a beautiful place to express who you truly are.
