This delicious smoothie is healthy, full of vitamins, proteins and healthy fats to help keep you full all day. Just blend all the ingredients and enjoy! -1 frozen (optional) banana -1 pear or apple -1/2 cup of Greek yogurt -1/4 cup of raw, hulled sunflower seeds - spoonful of chia seeds -spoonful of ground flax seeds -1 cup almond or coconut milk (another kind would work fine) - as much ice as you want for a thicker smoothie

Pina Colada Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients 1 cup pineapple 1 cup frozen mango chunks 1/2 banana 1 cup coconut milk Instructions Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

Honey and Wild Blueberry Smootie Recipe

INGREDIENTS 1 banana, fresh or frozen 1 cup mango chunks, fresh or frozen ½ cup wild blueberries, fresh or frozen ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt ½ cup milk (or just enough to help things blend smoothly) 1 heaping tablespoon raw honey (more to taste) ½ cup kale or any other add ins that you want INSTRUCTIONS Place bananas, mangoes, blueberries, yogurt, and milk in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add the kale and honey; blend again until smooth. If desired (and especially if all your ingredients were fresh instead of frozen), add a few ice cubes to increase the volume of the smoothie and help it stay chilled. Crush until smooth. Top with additional blueberries and serve immediately.

Skinny Cherry Banana Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients 1/2 cup frozen dark, sweet cherries 1 frozen banana 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt 1 cup skim milk 1 scoop vanilla protein powder Instructions Place everything in a blender and pulse until completely blended. Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.

Peanut Butter & Jelly Protein Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients: 1 medium banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen 6 oz Chobani 0% Greek Yogurt (or 2%, flavored or unflavored) 1 cup frozen berries* 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your favorite kind of milk) 1 Tablespoon peanut butter (any kind you like) Directions: Put all of the ingredients into the blender, in the order listed, and blend on high until thick and smooth. You may need to stop and stir/scrape down the sides of the blender a few times.

Tropical Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients 1 mango, peeled and pitted 4 pineapple rounds (from a can...fresh if you have it!) 1/2 cup pineapple juice (from the can) 5 large frozen strawberries 1/3 cup Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt Juice of 1 lime Directions Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until well mixed and creamy...the frozen strawberries act as the ice, so if necessary for consistency..add more!

Banana Split Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients 4-5 ice cubes 1 small banana 1/4 cup crushed pineapple (drained) 3 whole strawberries (hulled) 2 Tbsp vanilla soy milk 1 scoop protein powder 1 Tbsp chia seeds 2 Tbsp whipped cream 1 cherry 1 tsp chocolate syrup Instructions In a blender, combine ice, banana, pineapple, strawberries, milk and protein powder. Blend until fully combined. Add chia seeds and pulse until mixed into smoothie. Pour into a large glass and top with whipped cream, a cherry and chocolate syrup.

Orange Cream Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients 1 orange, juiced or 1/2 c orange juice 1/2 c milk 4oz. vanilla yogurt 1/4 c old-fashioned oats 1 tsp honey Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Mango Peach Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS 1 mango peeled. sliced and pitted 1-2 peach peeled, sliced and pitted 1/2 cup Orange, Peach, Mango Juice Dole makes this flavor, but you could simply use orange juice as well 6 oz. fat-free peach yogurt 1 cup ice INSTRUCTIONS Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
