After I watched every episode of "Grey's Anatomy", "Private Practice", and "Scandal", all of Shonda Rhimes' shows, I noticed many actors playing different parts on more than one of her shows. I've never seen this done before! For example, after Henry (a patient on "Grey's Anatomy) died, the actor, Scott Foley, played Jake Ballard on Shonda's newest show, "Scandal". What's interesting about it is the diversity of the roles these actors get to play. Foley played a dying patient on "Grey's Anatomy" and on "Scandal" he plays an ex-CIA agent who works for the President.
