Horizontal Running

Run intervals at a VO2 max pace around a track or do hill repeats. The hills with strengthen your muscles and your form as you ascend. Remember to move your arms in a motion that mimics reaching for a rope and then pulling back. Lift your knees high and use small, swift steps when ascending.
