Crispy Chicken Thighs and Lemon Artichoke Beans Recipe

This dish is so yummy! I've made it numerous times. The hardest part is slicing the sweet potatoes. I use 2-3 regular-sized sweet potatoes. Ingredients: 6 small sweet potatoes Olive oil spray 1 bunch organic spinach 1/2 small onion 1 clove garlic 4 eggs 1 cup grated fresh mozzarella Spring herbs (dill, parsley, chives) to taste 1 tablespoon organic white miso (optional) 1/4 cup goat cheese 1/4 cup asiago cheese (to sprinkle on top) Sea salt and pepper to taste Click the link for the instructions.

Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake Frappe

Ingredients: 1½ cups coffee ice cubes ½ cup ice cubes (or additional coffee ice cubes) 1 cup coffee, cooled 1 cup caramel coffee creamer (recipe below) ¼ tsp cinnamon ½ cup whipped cream 2 tablespoons caramel ice cream topping ¼ cup cinnamon streusel topping (recipe below) Steps: 1. Put coffee ice cubes, ice cubes, cooled coffee, caramel creamer (I used homemade caramel coffee creamer) and cinnamon into the blender and mix until smooth. 2. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream, drizzle with caramel ice cream topping and sprinkle with cinnamon streusel topping.

S'more Chocolate Bar Pie

This is certainly not my recipe. But, I thought I would share because of how good it looks! Chocolate, graham crackers, and marshmallows baked into a pie!! Yum! I think I know what I will be making for Easter this year.
