ingredients: 1 eggplant 1 tomato salt and pepper mozzarella cheese Italian spices Directions (preheat oven to 440 degrees) 1.Slice up eggplant into even round pieces 2.then place them into a medium sized baling pan 3. slice up tomato into even circles and place on top of eggplant 4. Sprinkle olive oil on top 5. add a fair amount of cheese 6. top with salt, pepper, and Italian spice 7.bake for 45 min

Honey Chipotle Black Bean Salad Recipe
