Psychokinesis

Psychokinesis (from Greek ψυχή "mind" and κίνησις "movement"), or telekinesis (from τῆλε "far off" and κίνησις "movement"), is an alleged psychic ability allowing a person to influence a physical system without physical interaction.

There are many different types of Psychokinesis. Psychokinesis is actually the broad term of all types of kinesis, usually referred to when someone moves energy with their mind, rather than an item or element. The most well known is Telekinesis, which is the ability to move, levitate, and manipulate objects with one's mind. Other than that, there is Pyrokinesis, the ability to start and control fire with one's mine; Gyrokinesis, the ability to manipulate earth with one's mind; Cryokinesis, the ability to manipulate ice with one's mind; Aerokinesis, the ability to create and manipulate the wind; Electrokinesis, the ability to create and control electricity. Of course, there are numerous other types of Kinesis, as there are an infinite amount of things someone can think to control with their mind. This is a highly controversial ability, however; as many are skeptical if the ability actually exists.
