18 oz. sugar cookie dough (you can buy the refrigerated tubes or make the easy recipe below 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1/4 c. creamy peanut butter 3 medium apples* 1/2 c.caramel ice cream topping 1 c. salted peanuts, roughly chopped (may want to add a pinch of salt; I think the saltiness makes this dessert pop!)
