"Exercises that develop larger muscle groups like chest press will need to be done with heavier weights than small-muscle exercises like bicep curls. If you cannot reach eight repetitions, lower the weight next time. If you're able to do more than 12 repetitions, choose a heavier weight next time." This is extremely helpful to know ow much weight to lift.
