The method on this website is great for beginners! It helps build endurance, and for those of you who hate to run because it is just too hard, this can actually make it more fun. I know this because I am in the process of starting out a running routine this way, and all of those things have proved true for me. Now I am getting to the point where I could do this whole cycle twice back to back or just keep on running for more than the required time. It is the best routine for beginners that I have come across yet!
