Oreo Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients 2 rows of oreo's ( I used dq oreo blizzard oreos!) 1/4 cup of melted butter 2 boxes of ice cream sandwiches 1 jar of hershey's hot fudge 1 container of cool whip Instructions *smash oreo's in a zip lock bag and pore on bottom of 9x13 pan. Drizzle butter on top and mix with a fork *Next layer your ice cream sandwiches *Spread the hot fudge on top and stick in freezer for about 20 min Spread cool whip on top and layer with extra oreo crumbs

COOKIES N’ CREAM FUDGE

1 cup sugar3/4 cup butter1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk2 (12 oz.) packages white chocolate morsels1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream3 cups coarsely chopped Oreos (about 25 cookies), dividedpinch of saltLine a greased 9″ square pan with aluminum foil; set aside.Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil; cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add white chocolate morsels, marshmallow cream, 2 cups crushed cookies, and salt. Stir until morsels melt.Pour fudge into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cookies over fudge, gently pressing cookies into fudge. Cover and chill until firm.Lift uncut fudge in aluminum foil from pan; remove foil and cut fudge into squares

Cookies and Cream Cheesecakes

Yield: 30 cheesecakes Ingredients 42 Oreos, 30 left whole and 12 coarsely chopped 2 pounds (32 ounces) cream cheese, softened 1 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 large eggs, lightly beaten 1 cup sour cream pinch of salt Watch How to Easily Make Fresh Jam Instructions Preheat oven to 275°. Line standard muffin pans with liners. Place 1 whole cookie in the bottom of each liner. Beat cream cheese at medium speed using an electric mixer. Gradually add the sugar, beating until combined. Beat in vanilla. Drizzle in eggs, a bit at a time. Beat in sour cream and salt. Stir in chopped cookies by hand. Divide batter evenly among cookie-lined cups, filling each almost to the top. Bake, rotating pan halfway through, until filling is set, about 22 minutes. Transfer to wire racks to cool completely. Refrigerate at least 4 hours (or up to overnight). Remove from tins just before serving. Best served really cold! You can garnish with fresh whipped cream and crumbled Oreos if desired.
