1) Place the kiwi on a cutting board and cut off the ends. 2) Slip the spoon under the skin on one side (where you cut) and work all the way around the fruit. You shouldn't have to tear the skin. 3) Turn the kiwi around and ease the spoon under the skin on the other side, loosening the skin on the other side, too. 4) Hold the kiwi carefully over a bowl and give the skin a gentle squeeze. The fruit should slip out with minimal meat left on the skin, almost no mess and no hassle. :)
