This topic has been so controversial and discussed in today's society. Personally, I think that youths that unfortunately fall into the path of juvenile delinquency should receive the opportunity at redemption, without getting judged harshly by others. Most of the youth that are juvenile delinquencies are just confused adolescents who are searching for someone or something to believe in them. If there were different programs or people there to give these misunderstood youths guidance and encouragement, the rate of juvenile delinquency will slowly but surely decrease.
