Human hair growth

The growth of human hair occurs everywhere on the body except for the soles of the feet, the lips, palms of the hands, some external genital areas, the navel, scar tissue, and, apart from eyelashes, the eyelids. Like skin, hair is a stratified squamous keratinized epithelium made of multi-layered flat cells whose rope-like filaments provide structure and strength to the hair shaft.

Over my 18 years of life, I have learned that I can not cut my hair short, and when I do it does not turn out well nor do I like it very much. So, you can bet your butt that I have tried everything, and today I am here to share those ideas with you. I have taken biotin pills, along with multi-vitamins, due to the extreme head ache I would get if I didn't. I have been using coconut oil almost every other day. I have quit washing it with shampoo so much, usually every 2-3 days. I have even tried a mustard hair mask along with coconut oil for moisture. I have noticed that in the last month or 2 that my hair has indeed grown quite a bit. Maybe they all contributed to the growth, maybe they had nothing to do with it. All I am saying is that it doesn't hurt to try. :)
