Everyone can walk in high heels. Here are a few tips to make it easier: 1. make sure the shoe fits - the heel of the shoe should come right in the middle of your heel (this might leave a slight part of your foot off the shoe, only a little don't worry, just make sure its comfortable) If you're worried about how to pick the right size start with pumps, the closed back should fit snugly (if it slides around, it can cause blisters) once you figure out how it should feel you can start getting open backed shoes. 2. Don't bend your knees more than normal when you walk. This will throw off your balance. Remember how you learned to walk like a princess when you were little, It works the same way. Back straight, head up, balance. 3. Walk in the middle of your foot. A lot of women walk on the inside or outside edge of their heels (if you look at the bottom you can tell because the edge is almost gone) Walking on the edge of your shoe can not only break the heel, but your ankle too
