Girls on the Run is more than just a character building program for girls. It is an after school program where girls can truly be who they are without feeling the pressures of society, that are sadly beginning to take effect on elementary school girls. At Girls on the Run, the girls make new friends, learn to cooperate with others and find how running can be a way of relieving stress or just another way to have FUN!
