The UGA Redcoat Marching Band plays a staple tune to a cheering crowd.

The University of Georgia Redcoat Marching Band plays at Half-Time at all UGA games. They have 450+ members, including hornline, drumline, and auxiliary. They are over one-hundred years old, and started as an branch of the UGA military science department. They are associated with the Hugh Hodgsen School of Music at UGA, and are one of the most popular attractions on any given Saturday in Athens. Some of their traditional repertoire includes Glory Glory to Ole' Georgia and Battle Hymn of the Republic. Their Auxiliary is comprised of Flagline, Georgettes (dance-line), Majorettes, and three featured twirlers. Their colors are red, black, and white (sometimes silver.
