Garlic bread

Garlic bread (also garlic toast) consists of bread (usually a baguette or sour dough like a ciabatta), topped with garlic and olive oil or butter and may include additional herbs, like chives. It is then either grilled or broiled until toasted or baked in a conventional or bread oven.

Cheesy Garlic Bread Fingers Recipe

Ingredients 3¼ cups all-purpose flour 1 packet instant, quick-rise or rapid-rise yeast 1 tsp salt 1½ cups water 1 tbsp granulated sugar 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 4 tbsp butter, melted 3 medium cloves garlic, minced (yield: 1 tbsp) 3 cups grated mozzarella Marinara or Toum sauce for serving (or serve with spaghetti and meat sauce!)
