A video explaining how frost bite can occur, and describing ways to prevent frost bite. One tip--never, ever run hot water over freezing limbs. This will lead to a circulation disorder. Always use cool water slowly warming it as it runs on the affected area instead.

Be very careful to keep your extremities warm in conditions of extreme cold! My mom got frostbite on her feet and she said it was a more intense pain than when she had her 3 children without an epidural!
