How to Put Out Kitchen Fires

David Hamilton, a fire captain in New Jersey shows Today correspondent Jeff Rossen how to properly react to a kitchen fire. Have a fire extinguisher, know where it is and how to use by knowing the acronym PASS: Pull the pin, Aim, Squeeze, and Sweep from left to right until the fire is out. For a grease fire pour an entire box of baking soda (no substitutes) and NOT water.
