Arguments for and especially against Euthanasia. to prevent a biased submission from myself, I've found a link that argues both sides of the issue.

How will you say goodbye to your loved one? Is Euthanasia really progressive? I think not. It's barbaric, and it's bringing us back a few eras, rather than forward; in a more humane era.

Now, in my opinion, passive euthanasia is acceptable in most situations. I believe that life support is useless, sure, in some situations, people come out of coma’s, but they could be suffering for no reason, clearly, it’s time for them to go. However, in regards to active euthanasia, like what Dr. Kevorkian participated in the 90’s, I disagree with that completely. No one should help another person to kill themselves, clearly, there’s a reason that person is still alive. Active Euthanasia is a form of homicide, and it’s unacceptable.
