Elementary school

Elementary school is a school for students in their first school years, where they get primary education before they enter secondary education. The exact ages vary by country. In the United States, elementary schools usually have 6 grades with pupils aged between 6 and 12, but the age ranges 6 to 10 and 6 to 14 also exist. In Japan, the age ranges from 6 to 12 before the pupils enter middle school. Elementary school is usually only one part of compulsory education, especially in Western countries.

CNN reports on a new method for helping students to focus. Some elementary schools are employing yoga as a way to help students relax before a test or to help those restless students to move a little bit between lessons. In the article students and teachers report an improvement in focus. I also wonder if this idea and others similar too it, could help students learn some valuable lessons on health and exercise.
