Baked eggs with cream and herbs recipe! (Courtesy of RealSimple.com) Ingredients: 1 tbs of unsalted butter 8 tbs heavy cream 8 eggs Salt/Pepper 1 tsp chopped herbs (parsley and dill are possibilities) toast (to complete the meal) Coat 4 small ramekins with the butter, softened. (Ramekins are small souffle-like dishes.) Heat oven at 425 degress Fahrenheit. Put 2 tsp of cream, 2 eggs, and add salt and pepper to each ramekin. Bake until the whites are cooked.
