Trying to maintain you daily intake can be hard if you're tempted by the sweets you love. There's was a show on Dr. Oz once that taught everyone how to make brownies with.. 1 box of brownie mix 1 can of diet soda (sprite or any diet soda works fine) Mix the brownie mix and soda together. Pour the mixture in a 8x8 or 9x9in pan (don't forget your cooking spray beforehand). Bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean :D *tastes amazing with cherry coke*

There are plenty of small and easy ways to start to drop weight fast. The fastest results I have seen come usually from cutting all sugar out of your diet. When i say ALL i mean ALL as in no juices, and no fruits. For some this is extremely difficult but if you can make it past the second week and step on a scale the results will be there. Of course just cutting out sugar is never enough. The amount of carbs you eat should also be cut down to just enough, and never eat carbs after 3 pm unless you plan on working out even then your carbs shouldn't be more than the size of your fist. A good diet for losing weight will also consist of eating healthy fats for example Almonds, peanuts, avocados, olives and many more. my own personal diet consist of a 2000 calorie limit and 40% of my diet is protein, 30% is healthy fats, and another 30% is carbs. I also split my 2000 calorie limit into 6 meals each three hours apart, 1 big, one small, one big, one small, one big, and one small. It is okay and even better if you get a little hungry in between meals the only thing that means is your burning calories, just make sure you're not starving your self The way i make sure to keep on track with my portions is through my favorite app and website, Thedailyplate.com you can record just about everything you eat and at the bottom it gives you stats and a pie chart that shows the difference in percents of fats, carbs, and protein. The thing with diets also shall always be your workouts. You must work out at least once a day, go for a run, don't lift heavy weights remember your trying to lose weight so instead of lifting really heavy lift moderately with lots of sets and lots of reps. You want to maintain muscle when you're losing weight not lose muscle and lifting heavy while on a diet may make your muscle go into a type of starvation mode and they will figuratively eat other muscle in the end making you weaker and lose even more muscle. A good workout will consist of a good fast heart-rate lots of sets and reps and plyometrics otherwise known as quick burst exercises to make your muscles contract, push, and work hard. spend at least an hour a day working out hard but don't over exert yourself. keep up with your diet and be disciplined, you will only get results if you put in the work and effort.This is my advice and diet I am a High school wrestler and i believe in healthy weight loss but the only way to lose weight is to put in the work and never give up.
