How far the game of basketball has come since that first game in December of 1891. College basketball is most known for the tumultuous March Madness Tournament where truly bizarre and inspiring events unfold. This video highlights the 2012-2013 basketball seasons at the division I level. A tournament that was filled with unbelievable upsets which quickly turned into inspiring Cinderella stories. Most noteworthy was the 15 seed Florida Gulf Coast victory over 2 seed Georgetown which many describe as the biggest upset of the annual tournament. Of those brackets submitted to ESPN's poll, 23.5% of brackets had Georgetown advancing to the final four compared to the 2,354 brackets having FGCU winning the entire tournament ( Eamonn Brennan's ESPN Blog, Tournament Challenge: Big Win for FGCU)
