ingredients 1 tablespoon oil 1 onion, diced 2 jalapeno peppers, diced 3 cloves garlic, chopped 1 teaspoon cumin, toasted and ground 3 cups chicken broth or chicken stock 1 cup salsa verde 1 pound boneless and skinless chicken breasts or thighs 1 (15 ounce) can white beans 1/2 cup quinoa, rinsed 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1 tablespoon lime juice (~1/2 lime) 2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped salt and pepper to taste

One Pot Italian Sausage Chili Recipe

INGREDIENTS 8 ounces mild Italian sausage (about 3 large sausage links), casings removed 4 ounces rigatoni noodles, dry 3 cups chicken broth 1 can cannelini or great northern white beans, drained and rinsed 1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed ½ cup tomato puree (canned is fine) 1 teaspoon italian seasoning (any italian seasoning blend will do) ½ each red and green bell pepper, diced ½ white onion, diced 2 teaspoons chili powder 1½ teaspoons paprika ⅓ cup cilantro leaves, roughly chopped salt and pepper to taste

Black Bean Chicken Chili Recipe

Ingredients: 1 Tablespoon olive oil or canola oil 1 cup chopped onion 2 to 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 (1 lb.) package boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, uncooked and cut into chunks (about 1/2″ or a little smaller) 1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 1 cup chicken broth 1 teaspoon lime juice, fresh-squeezed or bottled 1 (15 oz.) can corn, well-drained 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed 1 (4.5 oz.) can chopped green chiles 1 teaspoon ground cumin 2 teaspoons chili powder 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes dash of salt, if desired 2 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese finely chopped fresh cilantro
