Chalene Johnson started this free program called "30 Day Push" to help motivate everyone to reach their goals. She helps you do anything--from simple everyday tasks that must get done, to out of this world dream goals that take baby steps to reach. She's amazing at finding the right words to help listeners figure out what works best for them. It's definitely helped me stay more on focus, but the most important thing I've noticed is how much better I have been sleeping because I know exactly what has to get done, and more important, what can wait a day or two. Very helpful 30 day program to jump start a new direction in life.
