Bread Bunnies

Hokkaido Bread is a soft Asian milk bread which has probably gotten its name from the high quality of milk produced in Hokkaido, Japan. Some people also say that since the bread is so pure and white it resembles the pristineness of Hokkaido. Known for its soft cottony/ pillowy texture, it is a very popular bread in South Asian bakeries across the world. It is also known as Asian Sweet Bread and Hong Kong Pai Bo.

It is best to preserve your bread if you buy a lot at a time because it goes bad fast. At least it is easy to tell when it goes bad because it starts to grow mold and smell bad and can make you sick if you eat it. Many people preserve their bread in the freezer which keeps it good for a long time. It sucks of you don't preserve it and it goes bad because then it is a complete waste of money, which can add up if you keep letting your bread go bad. Freezer bread!
