This is a somewhat poor quality but rare photo of late Begum Mahmooda Salim Khan (1913-2007) an early Pakistani social worker and the very first Pakistani and Moslem woman ever to hold the post of a minister, in Pakistan's federal cabinet from 1962-1967. She remained Minister for Education and later also Minister for Health, before returning full time to social/public service.
