This video goes over the basics, but most places will have house rules. The rules I use at my house are: -2 re-racks, any time except for the middle of a turn -Same cup = 3 cups, any time both players on a team make both shots, they get balls back -Rollbacks are available until the ball hits the ground, with the re-shot as behind the back for men or left-handed for women -Guys can finger a spinning ball out of the cup as long as they don't touch water, women can blow the ball out -If you make 2 cups in row, you can call "heating up". If you then make your 3rd cup, you shoot until you miss. -Bounce counts as 2, but can be blocked. -You can MAKE one island cup per game. An island cup is a cup that is not touching any other cups. If you call island cup before shooting and make the shot, it counts as two cups. If you call island cup and either miss or make any cup other than the island cup, the shot is considered a miss. Island cup cannot be called when your opponent only has 2 cups or less remaining. -Rebuttals are shoot until you miss. There are many other variations out there... enjoy! =)
