Interesting Measuring Cup

Instead of butter, use.... 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup applesauce for when a recipe calls for a cup of butter. You can make it all applesauce, but the bread/product will be much denser and moister. You can use the same ratio for avocado, but more avocado will make the baked good softer and chewier. Instead of 1 cup of butter, do 1/2 butter and 1/4 Greek Yogurt. Instead of 1 cup butter, use one cup prune purée. Instead of 1 cup butter, use 3/4 cup vegetable oil (canola oil works best)
