Abs are somthing most people strive for. I mean what guy wouldn't want a six pack. Most people think you just need to do 1,000 crunches to achieve a six pack but they are wrong. Abs are actually only about 40% exercise and 60% diet. The type of foods you eat has a giant effect on your abs. You have to stay away from fats and sugars and eat a lot of protein.
