1. Box Jumping: Stand facing the object and jump up with both feet, landing balanced on the surface. You don't even have to use a box, you can use a couch or a chair. (Just make sure it's sturdy) Try doing 3 sets of 30 everyday, or just come up with your own routine. Make sure to increase the height of the object so that your vertical can increase! 2. Jump Rope: This may sound like something a little kid can do, but it is one of the best exercises for increasing your vertical. Not only is jumping rope great for your vertical but it is great cardio as well. Take a jump rope and jump as fast as possible for 45 seconds- 1 minute.
