Here's a great, simple acne wash! Mix half apple cider vinegar to half water (for about the first week), damp mixture on your face and allow to sit for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes simply wash off with warm water. After you've seen some clearing of the acne you can make the mixture less harsh by lowering the ratio of apple cider vinegar.

Falls fast upon us and oatmeal makes for a healthy, warm, fall breakfast. But if your like me you get bored of things quickly so here's some awesome oatmeal combinations to try! Blueberry Muffin- Blueberries, Cinnamon, and a TSP of Brown Sugar. Peaches and Cream- Peach slices (fresh or frozen) and Yogurt. Apple Cobbler- Apple slices, Cinnamon, and half a Graham Cracker sheet. Savory- Cheese, Onions, and Scallions.

Lean meats (Fish, chicken breast, ground turkey) maybe 3-4 times a week depending on how much protein you need. Fill your other protein needs with beans and nuts. Fill a a lot of your calories with fruits and veggies. For carbs make them complex carbs (no white breads, white anything. Best is couscous, whole grains, real oatmeal, healthier cereals and bars such as Natures Path) and only take in what you need for carbs. Carbs are good and very necessary but not to to many. And finally lots of water.

Algorithmic reverb is a reverb from a formula, not a real recording. This can be compared to how a Synthesizer works. On the opposite side we have convolution reverb which is a reverb from real recording of spaces; this can be compared to a sampler. When using an algorithmic reverb you will create your own space though stages such as early reflections, room size, reverb to raw balance, density, and high cut. When using a convolution reverb you will simply select a pre-recorded space then edit it with a few of the stages seen above.
