My doctor put me on Ammonium Lactate 12% lotion. I've been applying it all over my body, my arms have recently started getting worse, which is why I went to the dermatologist. Though no cure, this seems to be helping a great deal. This is by Rx only, but there are other products out there like AmLactin which work well. He also advised to avoid anything that could irritate the bumps. When I first started trying to do something with the appearance of my skin I tried acne body washes, exfoliants and a loofah or scrubs, all bad because they irritate the skin and cause it to dry out more. Using mild soap, pat drying with a clean towel after showering and moisturizing with the above lotions is what does the trick, for me anyways.

Religion is being faithful to your values, educating others as you see fit, but not imposing or judging. All beliefs require faith, as sure you are of yours, I am of mine. Let's be civil and hear each other out to be open minded, but NOT to hate, discriminate or cause war. I'm an atheist. :)

Sudden changes in personality which you may pass as normal stress may be ties to a traumatic event you don't even remember, or your brain has stored away. Recently diagnosed with chronic anxiety and PTSD after looking at my self and realizing I wasn't myself I urge everyone to look into themselves and seek professional help. There may be more there than you realize.

National Night Shift Worker’s Day is held on the second Wednesday in May. On this day we honor those who work through the night while the rest of the world sleeps. We honor those members of our community who stay awake and keep everything running smoothly. We honor our military, our firefighters, our police officers, our emergency physicians, construction workers, amongst many, many others.
